At Mars Men, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your fit isn't mission-ready, we've made the reclamation process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Secure the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
